Rafe Brown is an Operating Partner at FPC. He joined in 2024.

Rafe was most recently the President and Chief Operating Officer at Mimecast, Ltd. Prior to the company’s take private, he had served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Rafe had previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of SevOne, Inc. and as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer of Pegasystems, Inc. Prior to moving to the East Coast, Rafe spent 9 years at salesforce.com and 5 years at Cisco Systems.

Rafe has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southern Utah University and a masters of accountancy from Brigham Young University. He is a California CPA (inactive).
