Trellis Rx Recognized as Middle-Market Deal of the Year by Buyouts Insider

Francisco Partners is honored to have its creation and recent exit of Trellis Rx be recognized as the 2022 Mid-Market Deal of the Year by Buyouts Insider.

FP launched Trellis Rx in 2016, and it has since grown into a leading technology-enabled specialty pharmacy services provider supporting more than 60 hospitals and 200 clinics. Trellis Rx was acquired by CPS, a strategic in the space, in June 2022.
