Mr. Ludwig is a Principal with Francisco Partners, and serves on the board of directors of Electrical Components International, Foundation 9 Entertainment, Dairyland Healthcare Solutions, AdvancedMD and Mitel Networks. Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Mr. Ludwig was a Corporate Development Manager with Microsoft, where he was involved in evaluating and executing acquisitions, joint ventures and investments for the company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ludwig was an Associate at Francisco Partners and an investment banking analyst with Robertson Stephens & Co.
