Mr. Kowal is a Principal with Francisco Partners, and serves on the board of directors of ADERANT and Metrologic Instruments, Inc. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2001, Mr. Kowal was a member of Princes Gate Investors, a private equity fund within Morgan Stanley, where he was responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of private equity transactions in a variety of industries, including information technology and hardware.
